Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, simply return them to us in their original condition within 30 days and we will refund the full price of the product, less any applicable shipping charges. Any returns received after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns made after 90 days will not be credited.

Return Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the amount of the product. After 30 days, a 15% restocking charge will be applied. We do not accept returns after 90 days from the date of purchase. Date of purchase is defined as the day your order ships from our warehouse.

Shipping

Shipping your order very quickly is our policy at CrystalInteriorsBoutique.com. Our goal is to ship all in-stock orders with 48 hours of receipt (Monday - Friday) and many of our orders ship the same day they are placed. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Daveluyville, Quebec, Canada. We do not "drop ship" from third party companies like many other websites do. This allows us to have total control over the shipping process.

For shipments to Canada

For orders of $200.00 (CDN) and greater, Postal Service shipping is free.

For orders under $200.00 (CDN), a $12.00 (CDN) shipping charge will be added to the order.

These orders will be shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost Service (2-3 business days delivery time).

Priority shipping is available and the actual shipping charges will be added to your order. Please contact us at info@crystalinteriorsboutique.com and we will calculate the actual charge for you before shipping.

For shipments to the United States

For orders of $200.00 (CDN) and greater, Postal Service shipping is free.

For orders under $200.00 (CDN), a $15.00 (CDN) shipping charge will be added to the order.

These orders will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service (6-12 business days delivery time).

For international shipments other than the United States

These orders will be shipped by Postal Service, the actual shipping charges will be added to your order. Please contact us at info@crystalinteriorsboutique.com and we will calculate the actual charge for you before shipping.
